I would like to dedicate this story
to honor our planet for Earth Day
(April 22nd in the U.S.)

I am not going to claim this is a true story or based on true facts ...
this is simply how I feel & see ...

a long long time ago, ... there was an intention for an experiment now in a human language called ART within the chaos ... the intention had spread by figuring out & defining & refining, forming & unfolding ... and birth the universe in our language, in 3D, and there was a planet now called Earth, (in general English) ... each planet & star held its own intention in order to perform the ART together. Earth had called so many elements to become this planet & to surround her ... not only for Earth ... but by the powerful law in the universe, Law of Attraction ... Earth became Earth by her own intention & desire ... yet still figuring out, defining & refining, gradually forming ... and calling more elements which were also formed & birthed by the calls/thoughts and in which each held its own intention, intelligence. ... and those elements which were gathered into Earth also started forming by adapting & rejecting by chemical reactions, defining & refining ... and birthing some living forms & creatures ... as the inner & outer surroundings were figuring out by defining & refining, & adapting & rejecting altogether. ... and those life forms were also learning to adapt & to survive ... all elements had the intelligence, the creativity, for the collective experiment of ART together ... the process repeated but never the same ... yes, evolved as a collective intelligence yet birthing more & more diversity on & in Earth ... and in order to enrich the experiment, more spirits & energy were called into physical manifestations on a 3D planet in a 3D universe ... those information remained in its own package to pass onto the next generations by forming into souls & DNA, by physically living & dying, those developed the way to sustain the ART in process & in progress, thus next physical manifestation can carry the information & to develop, evolve & expand ...

through the experiment, so many living creatures were birthed ... from micro-organism to dinosaurs ... but also this beings called humans which held the greater potential to evolve & expand through mental + emotional + physical + spiritual bodies that would enrich the prior intention of ART in this 3D plane and which also enriched the universe ... meanwhile, those beings physical & non-physical enjoyed the show on Earth, and joined to operate the art show together ...

there were the times that called "manipulations" in our human judgmental view, which were experiments ... science ... yet still that was art ... who ever had the ideas to have altered this human genes that we are now, they had their own dignity to see "the right thing to do" as they believed they were superior beings ... as many of us humans now also believe "we are smarter than yours" ... however, those experiments did not just randomly happened. as we all co-created this plane all together, contributing so much in the whole chaos & order of the universe while being here now on this 3D planet, ... we had also formed the astrological alignment that lays the template in the vast universal map that connects the energy being within each of us ... and about last 2000 years has been in the time of Yin (within yin yang) of Pisces/Virgo which tend to focus in "others" ... for which we simply tend to neglect oneself & focus on others ...

within Astrological view, there is Yin Yang ... the signs next to each other, the signs that go in opposite, first six signs & late six signs ... our experiments have been moving according to the cosmic alignment ... within Yin Yang, learning & experiencing & expanding. ... through the eye of the universe, there is nothing to judge about ... even if you judge, that is ok that to judge, do not have to judge yourself that you are judgmental ... and if you relax & feel ok to judge, that becomes simply the enriching tool for you to discriminate & define & then refine your life & soul ... and to become the true beauty of ART itself ...

Pisces/Virgo is said to be the last stage in astrological wheel ... Pisces as wholeness & chaos, and Virgo as details & refinement ... we must be at the stage of Pisces/Virgo of age of Pisces (compassion & service to others ... empathetic / slavery to works, services & animals) now that while dissolving (Pisces) we are refining (Virgo) our world ... in order to birth into a new era of Humanitarian, age of Aquarius ... that we are going through a very sensitive time of the shift from old to new ... and the manipulations that has been passing on also remain in our societies & within our genes, that the chemical balance within us which are so used to how we have been are hard to shift, ... and those who do not see the view of "inevitable change" put extra efforts to maintain "the routine" in order to feel secure in which actually the same chemical battles are going on within many of us ... in such a chaotic moment ... as if "out of blue" ... this Law of Attraction came out ...

while we have been dealing with this human (inhumane) drama for a long long time, we forgot our true intention, ART ... on Earth ... eARTh.

... this Law of Attraction might look like just being popped up in the middle of nowhere although the law has been there "all the time" (and which had been intentionally hidden by those who knew the law in order to kept the majority separated from the true power within each of us, that is the meaning of the title "The Secret" DVD) ... I simply see this as an inevitable reminder ... from Earth. Earth who has been wanting to be playful with her treasures include all the living creatures, especially humans who can show her greater diversity in ART enjoying what she simply offers. her treasures would be wasted if there were no artists & no audience. she wants to play hard, she wants to move on to the next chapter to play hard with all of us. she wants us to be open to the more possibilities, birthing greater diversities ... she shakes & rattles to awaken us in order for her to follow her own desire to evolve & expand, ... recalling the knowledge within all of us of the powerful universal law, "the Law of Attraction" ... if we are tuned in + tapped on + turned on (Abraham-Hicks' words by the way) we will sense or wouldn't be there when a natural disaster occurs (which is not disaster to nature at all. and in such a chaos, feeling empathy & victimized/Pisces and helping & fixing others in service/Virgo) ... like all wild animals know, and we all humans know the word "intuition" that the word is not only for animals, but we all should remember that ...

we don't need to be fearful & that keeps us from what we desire ... Earth is calling us to amaze each others by enjoying our true intelligence (within our hearts) the creativity ... we are very intelligent beings, we can make anything healthy for us & for the planet ... the wealth to dig in is within us ... we simply must know that ...

it's been snowing heavily and lightly, just non stop in where I live ... that many trees can't hold the weigh of snow on them and collapse on houses and on the power lines which cause us no power at home.

our appliances rely on the electricity. our place had no power for three days due to neighbors trees fell on power lines, ... dark & cold, no computer, no phones, no heater & no shower ... at some point even no water ... we suddenly exposed to the nature, as if naked & unprotected who don't know the nature although the nature has been there all the time.

I grew up in a beach town in Japan that I didn't experience much snow. when I lived in NYC, yes, they have tons of snow through winter yet in the big city ... just once in a while I experienced the power was out but not that long. this is my fourth winter since I moved in Mount Shasta, California, and it is my first experience of having no power at home for the whole three days ... though I stayed at my friends' office & home for two nights who had power back on ... it's been quite a journey ... as if chasing the electricity ...

I heard people were saying they were kind of expecting this tree falling on the power lines that would cause no power sometimes as we heard the snow storm would be hitting us. yes, the events were occurred as expected ... but I began to wonder ... how many years or even decades people have been experiencing this winter events by heavy snow ... and how many winters people have been fixing the same problem with the same old idea ... cutting the branches & trees to prevent them to fall on the power lines ... to save the power lines so to cut trees. ...... every winter we expect this to happen anytime, and taking care of the same routine, dealing with the same issue every time this event happens. why can't we come up with better solutions ? ... thus, we could simply enjoy this magnificent view of winter ... the nature paint & sculpt the landscape stunningly with this one material (element) the snow ! ... and that ... their creativity & beauty evoke & upgrade our aesthetics within with aw ...

it is simply our nature that to grow & expand, and that is also the nature of the Earth, ... and that is the nature of the universe ... yet humans are blindly passing the old routines to younger generations to deal with & take care of by the same solutions that cause the same problems. Earth is simply evolving, that is her nature & that is the universe's nature, and that supposed to be our human nature ... yet human evolution has been depending on money supply and we just keep saying "because it costs a lot to fix the problem." ... but Earth & Universe would say that to fix the problem is not money but resources, the resources within Earth & the resources within our intelligence, the creativity ... and that fix & refine our world.

Earth is the wealthy being, and so are we ! the wealth is already within us. we tend to see the natural harshness as a disaster ... but maybe, Earth (& Universe) is simply calling & evoking our true wealth to meet the Earth's true wealth ... "come on, catching up on us, playing hard with us to enjoy our true nature of growing, expanding & evolving with us !" yet we have been led to pay our precious attentions to the outside of us, outside of our nature ... by the media that almost only bring us the bad news & gossips ... that our precious attentions are led to attune with what media brings to us, ... we are out of us.

... where we are now as to see our life/history span through a linear view ... is not only by the Earth's evolution, but also we the universe's creation ! ... we are all creating this beauty on Earth altogether by our refining thoughts of now that bring us the time & space called future. we all have the infinite abundance within us, and the nature within us that simply eager to expand & evolve ... the nature have been communicating us & reminding us to dig within & to have fun altogether ... align within and that aligns with all & one. ... we then might question what about the Earthquake like just hit Haiti ... just because of Earth & our evolution, would it be ok to lose many people's lives & homes ? ... but it is not that the nature, evolution, is harsh, it is simply us that need to align within.

it was a long time ago, when I still lived with my family in Japan. our place was kind of like an animal rescuer. it was not our business but somehow we encountered those animals that injured sometimes. one time, a wild pheasant showed up injuring his wing. we kept him until his wing got better. Japan as we all know experience earthquakes so often. we noticed that an earthquake occurred after the pheasant made the squeaking sounds. in the beginning, the period between an earthquake & his squeaks was like a few days or could have been longer a part but the longer he was captured in our place (we didn't mean that, though) the shorter the period had become. by the time when he was almost ready to fly back to nature, an earthquake occurred right after he squeaked. (yes, we have mild earthquakes that often sometimes) we were saying that he was losing his instinct as he was not living with his own nature. ... if we humans are really connected & aligned with our intuition & our own nature, the source, we must be able to sense if an earthquake should be occurring sometime soon. we might have to let go of our material possessions but we must be able to save ourselves ...

the nature ... of Earth & Universe ... and within us ... are expecting us to catch up, align & communicate with the simple nature ... of growth, expansion & evolution, that bring back our true health & wealth ... and the intelligence ...... within our cells & souls, and Earth, and that returns to the universe ... and which is within the spiritual ecosystem ... and be kind & considerate, which simply refine & expand our creative minds ...

Ame no Uzume

Drumming That Evokes True Source

the painting above ... it came from my great admiration to one of Shinto Gods, Ame no Uzume.

Shinto (神道 - way of God/gods) is believed as a religion of Japan by many but I don't really think Shinto is a religion. it is believed & worshiped as the Origin of Japan ( or even a world ) in Japan that there is no founder of Shinto. the basic of teaching of Shinto seems similar to Native Indians', like seeing a god in every breath ... like a mountain, river, rock, stone, breeze, wind, air, water, sea, flower, so on. ... if you go to Japan, you will see those Torii, shime nawa, jizou, (jizou is likely more Buddhism) etc, to worship the spirit (god) in the area or the element.

Ame no Uzume is a female god ... a goddess, you would say, ... but in Japan, we barely use the word "goddess" to Japanese female gods somehow ... we use "god" to both male & female gods ... and use "goddess" when we refer western female gods such as Venus, Aphrodite, etc. ... I don't think Ame no Uzume is acknowledged as one of the higher gods in Japan and very known or believed as Okame or Otafuku also who brings laughter, sensuarity, and happiness.

if you are into some kind of Goddess perspectives of life, you might know Amaterasu (Oomikami) the Sun Goddess of Japan ... then you might also know the story that Amaterasu hid herself in a cave because she was hurt by his rambunctious brother Susano-o, that the world went into dark as the Sun god hid herself. ... Amaterasu is a very sensitive subject to bring about as she belongs to the ancestor of Imperial Family of Japan. so I would like to speak of Amaterasu here as a Myth, ... that Ame no Uzume is the one who made the great contribution to bring Amaterasu out of the cave, thus, the world has Sun again.

the story of Ame no Uzume goes like this, ... while Amaterasu hid herself in a cave, so many gods gathered & tried to bring Amaterasu out of the cave but none succeeded. then here came Ame no Uzume, and she totally made herself useful & resourceful to just have thrown herself in the spot to gather all the attentions from all the gods around her, except Amaterasu. Ame no Uzume turned a little tub on the ground and started dancing & drumming with her feet on the tub. she was just performing on the tub which was exposing her breasts & her kimono was tagged up to her hip which was also exposing her genital. her performance was simply erotic yet funny that pleased all the gods around her to relieve the great laughter ... Amaterasu wondered why all gods were having such great enthusiasm without her that she peeked the outside. all gods of course noticed the leak/stream of the light came out of the cave, that they were able to bring Amaterasu (Sun) back to the world.

there is the another story of Ame no Uzume, that she was also tasked another one to accomplish. when Amaterasu' grandson was to go down to check the world between Heaven & the world of Death (or Dreams) which was Japan (Earth) and they saw the huge streak of light from the world below them. Amaterasu told Ame no Uzume to find out who the light/god was because Ame no Uzume was taoyame [手弱女] which means a woman who is sweet & humble but also easy-going, thus, the god wouldn't feel intimidated by how Ame no Uzume looked. and it was a god of Land, Saru ta Hiko who was there to guide Heaven gods to the path to the world of Land. some area of Japan also consider Saru ta Hiko as a Sun God as he was emitting such stream of bright light in the Myth. ... later in the Myth, Ame no Uzume married to Saru ta Hiko ... which is worshiped as the first international (dimensional) marriage in some area of Japan.

at some point of my life after I came to the united states, I suddenly began to hear about Amaterasu so often. people started asking me about Japanese God & Amaterasu, some others started referring me as Amaterasu who just stayed in her own cave holding her light ... yes, I was having a difficult time to meet who I really was myself. during such time, I was seeing those healers and channelers to heal myself. one day, when I was seeing one of the counselors, she was questioning me who Amaterasu was as she was channeling, and as soon as she said it, she was having goose bumps all over on her that she just knew it was something great spirit although she had no idea who Amaterasu was, then told me that Amaterasu was around me. ... I kind of puzzled a bit then remembered I was crying & feeling her agony & relief when I was reading the article about Amaterasu a couple of years before the counseling, that somehow I became so tuned in with the Amaterasu in the article I was reading ( link to the article ) ... that I was some how able to accept that she was around me (& us) ... but that moment with the channeler led my thought further what this Amaterasu showing up in my life really meant. and I began to re-read about Amaterasu again & there Ame no Uzume jumped into my spirit ... and my heart and to evoke the deeper meaning of the soul I chose.

each god in Shinto has their unique quality & personality, they hold kind of one world or a story or an image with them ... but Ame no Uzume seems different, at least to me, that she holds such flow compare to other gods who hold much in solid & stubborn image & dignity. (if you read about Shinto gods, you might find them all immature as they hadn't experienced the lives on Earth much) but Ame no Uzume seems as if she was just open to the (re)quest of the environment, to adjust & adapt, holding no judgment & attachment, making herself just so useful & resourceful to the (re)quest, the environment. ... what she did was, she just overturned the tub & tapping the tub with her feet, but that is said to be the origin of drumming in Japan, and her performance is said to be the origin of theatrical arts, include traditional & comedy, the show business, of Japan, ... the traditional ones such as kyogen ( 狂言), Kagura (神楽) and Kabuki ( 歌舞伎 ) Noh ( 能 ) etc ... she also is believed as who brought the origin form of Shamanism of Japan. her influence is also permeated into the striptease business in Japan ( reference link ) that her influence has evoked great enthusiasm & joy of show business/rituals, & performing art, of Japan. she did not only brought back the light into the world by having gotten Amaterasu out of a cave, but also planted the seed to unfold the pleasure within the world by just being attuned with the environment & dancing with the flow. and marrying with Saru ta Hiko also seems to me is the marrying between Heaven & Earth. ... to me, Ame no Uzume holds such a key for all the humanity to liberate the true pleasure, the sacred pure ecstasy, to dig into our potentials on Earth. not to dig into Earth for our true creativity but to dig deeper within oneself to be useful & resourceful to its own quest, ... that I have painted my wish into my painting with my total admiration to the role of Ame no Uzume for the world to be open to seek true bliss in every (re)quest ... as I do know for sure that I was not only one who resonate with Amaterasu in this inhumane world in which we hold the cave within our hearts to hide & trap our true beauty & pure enthusiasm of bright joyful beings ...

... as I decided to write about what's behind my painting of Ame no Uzume ... "drumming" began to show up ... like ... information of drumming & drumming videos & drummer began to jump into my days, ...as Ame no Uzume was to be the origin of drumming in Japan, in where I vision as if she was awakening the light that buried deep inside the Earth by drumming on the planet ... as many of our hearts need the profound beats to awaken the true light within every single cell in a body, our true spiritual creative being-ness to liberate from every cell within our souls ...

wishing everyone to hold Ame no Uzume ... to dance within ... to meet the pure ecstasy of the embodied being on this beautiful sensual planet Earth ... so I also contained the Japanese letter, dance (舞) in the painting ...

Let It Snow

it was a several weeks ago that my son was having a cold ... I had wondered if I would catch it, it usually happens when he is getting over his cold, ... and I was very ill a few years ago which has taken a long time to heal ... that was also another concern if I have become well enough ... nonetheless ... I was alright that I did not catch a cold from my son.

however, ... I caught a cold this week. ... oh well. as I was having the symptom of a cold, I was simply & automatically thinking about what to take. I am one of those who prefer natural remedies and strongly am against pharmaceutic practice ... so I was thinking, maybe echinacea & ginger, and this remedy & that remedy, etc to fight a cold ...

since I have decided to follow my own soul desire, things have started coming in rather interesting packages. each moment & event, I have been giving my precious attention to really comprehend what really is within the outlooks & out comes. but as I caught a cold, I was simply thinking to take remedies ... to resist what I was receiving. " wait a minute, ... is this cold also a gift from the universe for my plan of my soul desire ?" ... so I didn't try any remedy for my cold, then interestingly two of my friends showed up without knowing I was having a cold & brought Satsuma tangerines & Fuyu persimmon ... those are common cold fighters in Japan ... winter fruits who help our immunity through winter ... nature's wisdom.

I began to realize myself ... as I caught a cold, I was immediately & naturally thinking about remedy in order to get well. and despite the beneath of my wise intention to heal myself, I realized that I was seeing a cold as a bad thing, a negative thing to have happened to my body ... but is it a really bad thing for my body ?

it is our natural states to be healthy, to be stronger, and to be smarter ... our nature of evolution, expansion & growth, so that a cold is the good thing that we catch, therefore, our bodies get stronger & smarter ... this cold really have made me think ... re-think ... how our lives have been led to worries & fear ... then anger & frustration to resist our natural flow ... when we see a cold, we simply resist because we are programmed that a cold is something we must get rid of or suppress ...

since we were born, we have been led to that way to rip ourselves apart from our own true intelligence & intuition ... by being given shots, man-made medicines & man-made vitamins, and little symptoms of this illness & that illness, we have to resist & suppress ... interestingly, we have become so numb mentally, physically & spiritually ... yet emotionally we somehow so bombarded that we don't comprehend what's really going on with us. ... behind our smile, much much more going on. behind our cry & anger, so much more going on ... we can't comprehend who we truly are yet our bodies have been reacting & trying to express for us to connect within but most of us ending up with illness, diseases or/and depression, panic attacks or bipolar ... to the path to premature death.

as I was just soaking myself in having a cold & feeling spacey, to really let my body learn & grow through the cold, it began to snow outside ... and these words came ... Let It Snow ... yes, we let it snow, we let it rain, we don't resist them even if we didn't like them in that moment for our particular expectation for some events. nature let it take care of itself that brings the natural flow for their evolution, expansion & growth for Earth's health. ... why can't we humans do that to ourselves ? ... why do we resist the flow that comes to our ways ? ... can we trust in our natural flow ? ... can we listen within instead of the human world around us ?

when we really begin to understand the natural flow that occurs to our lives, and just to accept & allow to come to us in trust ... probably we will begin to comprehend greater about our true nature, well-being, ... nature of our body & on Earth ... that we will be reconnecting & living with this beautiful sensual planet Earth in harmony & ecstasy ...

let us be ... to let us flow, grow & glow ...

this planet is also said to be a water planet. water is the only substance that can go through a whole body even a brain. did you know 70% of the surface of this planet is water, and 97.5% of the water is sea water. the only 2.5% is the fresh water that we could drink yet 70% of the fresh water is our glacier ice and snow ... and the fact is only 0.006% is available for our water supply ...

about 70% of our body is water. 60 trillions of the human cells in a body can not survive without water. children and new born babies have close to 80% water in the body yet as we age, we begin to lose the water inside the body cells by dehydration and in generally speaking, we will only maintain 60-55% water or even less in the body by the time we die. in which if we can maintain as much water as we were born, then that might be the way to stay young and for the brain development & functioning. why can children absorb so much info and we can not as we age ? ... it might really be a lot to do with hydration ?

in Japanese kanji letter BREATH is combination of self & heart ... breathe = self + heart. many spiritual teachings refer to focus on breathing to connect with oneself/ness ... I heard we used to have a hole on the top of our heads like dolphins & whales where we used to breathe and which we lost. I hear babies have the hole unclosed when they were just born. I remember my son's top of his head where I could see the skin was moving slightly up & down and I could have felt the hole under the skin.

the most significant symbol of Fire is our Sun. in our society, we are led to fear Sunshine/light, however, Sunshine/light is of course the energy source of life on Earth. to grow vegetables & plants, of course, but to help our body produce vitamin D which is important for preventing and treating cancers & diseases ... and to maintain a healthy function in a body in general. also Sun helps produce melanin in our bodies which I have read the article about melanin-rich fungi that feed on radiation in Chernobyl. it is from the article "Interestingly, the melanin in fungi is no different chemically from the melanin in our skin, leading Casadevall to speculate that melanin could be providing energy to skin cells" (for which I linked on Earth element below) ... and also ozone sanitizes. the soil contains the nutrition & elements for all living beings on Earth, not onlyor the foods, but also for our manifestations of our creations. besides hydration, maintaining the friendly bacteria inside the intestine is also very important for our health. just think about the bugs, animals & microbes and our nature are also working as friendly bacteria for Earth's digestion. ... be nice to our friendly bacteria in the intestine and also on Earth ... everything we see all comes from our planet Earth. I believe, that means, anything can go back to Earth naturally if we understand the Earth's mechanism, there must be the ways to neutralize any toxins in our world and on Earth and that must be what our planet has been doing all along.

during my pregnancy, I had planned where to deliver my child. I wanted to give birth outside somewhere in nature. some friends had offered some & their places but I decided to have the birthing ritual at the back yard of the father's of my child where seemed pretty much in wilderness and still convenient ... I was creating the place with a canopy with beautiful sheer fabrics and saris, wind chimes and candles, etc, and was supposed to be water birth ... and the father was building a sweet pond next to the birthing place ... where I could hear the gentle little water fountain ...

I was 39 almost 40 in fact and it was my first and obviously would be the last experience. my friends and family were worried and concerned, and had told me to have a labor at a hospital. but I just felt it wouldn't be fair for this child who chose me whose mother-to-be had so many issues and old and unmarried, who should not be a perfect woman to be anyone's mother ... but ... this child chose me ..., I felt honored so much that I wanted to welcome the child in my own special way.

I was feeling sure that the child would be coming out on July 7th although a doctor had told me the due would be on 2nd. I had gone to see a regular　Obstetrician in the first few months before I was able to find the right midwives for my child.

of course as it was my first experience and my family live in a different country so they could not do anything but worried and concerned. however, I was very fortunate that there were some people who were so helpful and supportive through my whole pregnancy, and I was able to meet the right midwives, Laureen and Laura.

besides creating the birthing place, I was also preparing my house for the child. there was my oldest friend, Tony, who had supported me from the beginning of my pregnancy. I was working so hard preparing the both places for the birthing and welcoming for the child non-stop. one of those days when Tony was staying at my place to help for a couple of weeks, he told me he began to see something floating in my place at night. I do not like ghosts so I got very scared. he said it was not ghosts. he was not sure what they were but was sure they were not dark spirits. he began to see "them" every night. "they" finally showed their figures to Tony and warned him to tell me to stop whatever I was doing. they were two of the guarding angels of the child. I was doing way too much that I must go slow. they felt the danger of miscarriage so that they HAD to come out of their space to stop me no matter how.

I was not able to see them or connect with them although they even assisted me through Tony. but I remember I had a beautiful experience one night when I just found out about my pregnancy. at that time I was not sure if the child was strong enough to be able to go through the whole months and to come out by his own strength due to the reality of my age of becoming 40 soon. one night about a few weeks later after I found my pregnancy, I saw rainbow colors on a ceiling in my room in a dark. they were like very sheer fabric like individuals floating and dancing right above my belly ... as if a farewell greeting or ritual to their spirit friend in my tummy. it didn't last long ... maybe a few minutes. but that assured me that I became confident about the child's birth, "he will come out." ... because of the memory, I wanted to use the sheer fabric surrounding the birthing place @ the child's father's back yard.

on July 6th, it was around 5 or 6 am in a morning, my belly started hurting with stinging pains. so a couple of hours later in the morning I called Laureen to let her know about the contractions, and we expected the labor next day. but the pains developed so quick that I had to get my midwives sooner. I was not even able to get to the place where I prepared for the birthing which was even just a couple of minutes away by driving, I had to stay home. Tony showed up before my midwives, the father of the child was out of town for his business trip and supposed to come back next day. Tony has a son but it was too long ago for him to recall what need to be done for the mother in contractions ... he helped rubbing my back until my midwives showed up.

the pain was much much greater than I expected and imagined. of course those mothers and midwives around me had warned me about the huge pains I would have to go through but I underestimated, I mean, I had no experience anyway. any stiffness and soreness I physically already had in my body turned into the huge pains, in where my shoulders and lower back I always had problems with. I just had to learn through the pains how important for the pregnant body to have been prepared in many aspects before the birth, what a hard work birthing is.

I was in a big confusion not knowing how to handle the pains, just screaming as the pain came. my midwives were instructing me how to breathe and to lower my voice, the screams. I just followed them still in the confusion, ... I must say, I tried to follow but took me a while to follow them. but soon I began to understand how the lowering the voice helps grounding and focusing on laboring. (kind of like OM sound) as I began to understand a little bit about the process through their instruction, I also began to ground and that also began to re-connect me with the child in my tummy, ... this child chose me, I must trust him ...... while I followed my midwives' guidance, I also paid attention to the child. I began to understand the meaning of the pains. the pain is the communication with the child ... that when to push and when to rest. I pushed when the pain came and rested as the pain was gone. my midwives told me later how peaceful the labor was ... despite the fact of my screaming in the beginning ... :)

my midwives sometimes took distance from me when they needed to talk and discuss about something. their voices were as if angels were whispering. they never disturbed my space, never demanded, never raised their voice ... very respectful and peaceful. they were just there to support and assist me for the birth as a guidance ... through their very gentle tone of voice.

... I saw Tony in distance praying. he told me later that he was very concerned and asking the angels to help me and the baby through the labor. he was seeing the vortex like energy swirling around the whole event, and the angels came out from the vortex, and answered to Tony that the midwives knew what they were doing so do not worry. almost at the end of the labor, I saw a dolphin right in front of me, just a silhouette of a dolphin yet very clear came out and stayed for maybe 15 seconds or so and faded away ... soon a beautiful baby boy came out as my midwives and the boy assisted me. as I held the boy right in my arms, the boy was just looking into my eyes, telling me "telepathically" that he came from far far away through a galaxy and it was a long trip (which the baby's father also heard later.) ..., however, my midwives called it as a four hour labor as the water didn't break right away as the contraction began. my midwives and my son did a wonderful job within a great team work where I experienced the most beautiful experience in my life.

I was not told the sex of the child when I checked my prenatal condition with an Obstetrician at the first place although he could. ... I didn't need, I just somehow knew it would be a boy from the beginning of my pregnancy all along so I already was choosing a name for a boy. and in fact, through the pregnancy until the birth, ... the be-Earth ... it really took me to the journey of how a universe was born through chaos and order. ... I named my son a universe, the cosmos.

I would like to thank very much to those who were there for the time of my prenatal through after giving birth ... ( Laureen, Laura, Tony, the Lehrburger, Kai'om, Fama, Tom, Monte, Seamana, Masami, Kazoo, Aya, Scott and Tsugie ... )

now I feel that many of us got the wrong idea about the birth. why does a mother have this 9 months long period to carry ... just because of the biological development of the baby ? ... I think that is also because the mother to connect & to build the trust with the baby/s through the time ... instead of listening to a doctor/s & practitioners. birth is the first challenge in her/his life for the child, but we tend to rely on other people's opinions (doctors, family & friends & all) ... or even some medical treatment. many of us were born by having been taken away the first challenge "the birth" in our lives. and from there, we are to take vaccines & pharmaceutic medicines through our lives ... where we never learn or discover to trust our own intelligence & wisdom within ... through where our true chi/ki/prana "the antenna to the source" has been ripped away from us ... and where, from the birth, we are led to fear & worry instead of to trust ... many of us are lost & sick just because of that ...

my son came out @ home although I was preparing the beautiful place for water birth outside for him ... but his choice to be born at home really taught me the principle of natural birth, very basic of birth what birth really is ... as he who had taught me to trust him ... and to share this story in public so that many children in future will be trusted their pure power within by their mothers from the beginning of their birth.

many of us dismiss our birthdays ... but as I gave him birth, and as I experienced the beautiful birthing process of his ... now I see birthday as the most sacred day for each one of us no matter what. ... and we go through pains sometimes or many times through our lives ... but the chaos within the pain is the germination of the creation & liberation to birth the new world within ... if we understand the process of birth & growth, we expand beautifully, ... expansion is our nature ... and that is the nature of the universe, ... and thus we are the universe ...

birthday ... be Earth day ... the day we physically landed on Earth ... hope we can all cerebrate the day with great appreciation to be on this sensual beautiful graceful planet Earth, ... and just imagine, ... everyday so many people on this planet are cerebrating their be Earth days with joy & appreciation, ... much better than circulating the fear, anger & worry in our world, ... you know :)

it was written a several years ago about the event that took more than a decade ago in my life

since when I was a little, I had this message within me ... change the world, religious / spirituality and science / technology will become one, macrocosms = microcosms which indicate that the universe = us, God = the universe, thus God = us. and as we go into the micro world, no matter how little, there is the intelligence, the power. there was no one I was able to talk with about this. and the older I grew up the deeper I had hidden those messages inside me. I felt different from people around me, I never felt belonging to anywhere and anyone. yet I tried to fit into the world in some ways ... never succeeded. now I know I am not only one who had been feeling that way of isolation and alienation. but for a long time, I was confused not knowing what I was.

am I the only one who feel this way ? or do others also feel the same but they have achieved to overcome the isolation and alienation ? ... I got even paranoid if everyone else had the medicine of the knowledge but only me left alone. I felt like I was a little child who was only left in the world of grown-ups, feeling ashamed and self-loathing of being such a little child-like.

at some point in my life, I hit the big moment called depression. it developed to suicidal thoughts. I was very unhappy staying alive but very happy when I was thinking about disappearing from the world. but it was very very painful when I was thinking about my best friend and my mother, ... who care about me so much ... that I couldn't do it, I couldn't kill myself, ... I was torn.

I was taken to a hospital when my suicidal thoughts hit worst. then to the house for a residential program for a few months, where I met many clients who also suffered from their suicidal thoughts and mental disfunction. some of them were obviously there for a long time with medications. there was a girl who was in a very severe mental condition. no one could have seen her real personality because of the heavy medications she was taking. because of the medications her drive to kill herself was suppressed, however, because of that any of her motivations were suppressed even to live or do anything, too. her personality was totally flat, just a physical being without any will or desire, no emotions. I asked her if there was anything she would like to do. she said nothing, there was nothing she would like to do. so I suggested her that maybe we could start finding things she does not like to do so that eventually we might have been able to reach something that could be better than dislikes. she eventually found that she liked to photograph things and liked her cat very much. I asked if she could draw her cat. and she did. it was so warm and so sweet. her emotions and feelings, any of drives were killed by her medications yet anyone could tell her love for her cat. I wondered how sweet and loving she would be if she was not in such depression nor was on the medications. " I will be alright. " she left the house and went back to her place without consulting anyone, which was her own will. ... a few weeks later, she purposely overdosed the medications which she bought over a counter on her own and killed herself. incredible amount of regret and blames overwhelmed me ... was there anything I could have done to save her ? ... or have I done the terrible mistake to try to bring back her " will for life " which might have caused her to enable to think to kill her ? ... my counselor soothed me that I did not have to have the responsibility for her death and anyone around her tried to save her but couldn't. what a heavy, unreasoning and unbearable feeling ... I must not give such an experience to my mother and friends.

I had given up my suicidal thoughts, I tried and tried but I just couldn't because of my care for my friends and my mother. I couldn't leave them with suffering from the loss of someone they care so much. they don't deserve such suffers and pains, ... no one does. I started to try to think to stay alive but it was too painful yet no choice, I must stay alive. one day I asked my psychiatrist what we should do if the medication I was taking wouldn't work on me to get better. he said either to change or increase the dosage of medications. that hit me really hard to come to the realization of the truth ... my life would be doomed. taking medications and feeling better doesn't mean I am getting better. and I would have to work so hard for the medications and the insurance which could stress me out through my life. how could I ever get well if staying in such a mental condition with such stress ? ... I stopped taking the medication without consulting with my psychiatrist, ( which you must not do alone. it can be very dangerous by relapse ) and began to look for alternative ways to heal myself.

I had met a healer when I lived in NYC, I called him to ask for herbal remedy for depression. he told me that his power of healing had become much greater that he could heal people by his prayers even those who are abandoned from doctors and hospitals, and told me to just lay down in my room. I had lived in Silicon Valley area at that time so it was a long distance. I hanged up the phone and just laid down. and I began to feel the energy was being shifted. I was balanced but the fact was that I was so used to imbalance that I felt so awkward to be aligned. he told me that I was too far from this dimension that I needed to be grounded. I needed to feel my feet in order to ground myself. my condition got much much better yet still a long way to go. I began to realize it must be the same experience with those who suffer from alcoholics, drug addicts, cigarette smokers, etc, of unhealthy habits and addictions, that it is really about the chemical in imbalance. the harder I tried the greater I got pulled back to the old habit/s by the chemical that have been produced in my body. it was not easy at all to get rid of the chemical in negative effects in my body. the healer told me, " there are the people whom I can help and save. but there are also the people whom I am not allowed to lend my hand to. ", he cared about me so very much ... but ... I began to know which I belonged to. I had to make this journey through on my own. ( thank you so much, Jiei )

I still had thought about how to kill myself, I planned how to kill myself. it had become the habit to fill my mind. but I was not allowed to kill myself. I was saved the day when I was sent to a hospital by the friend who cared so much about me at that time. I must not trash his effort. ( so much gratitude to bp ) yet ... I still wished to just disappear as if I never existed so that my friends and mother wouldn't have to suffer after my disappearing. however, I also knew that I, the soul, would have to come back to the life in a next life time where I ended in this life time, which I didn't want to deal with, either. then I thought to just totally disappear even as a spirit. but the message came that it could be possible " but " it would mess up the perfection ( in progress ) in the whole universe as the same way I would have to deal with the discomfort and imbalance in a body if I ever lose even a bit of a finger, that I would put the whole universe in chaos. I did not want to cause anyone any more trouble since I was already causing to some friends because of my suicidal thoughts. a part of me knew I can not kill myself but the other part me longed for disappearing. in such a moment, I somehow shifted and trapped into a ghost world.

it was cold, ... or, I am not sure if I should call it cold. there was no temperature and no light. from this dimension it would feel like it was cold but there was no temperature there. no feeling sort of feelings. no connections to any others. only each of their own spaces of emotions ... sorrow or anger, tremendous amount of confusion and denial, injustice, lost and attachment. just closed from any light or any hope but cling to their attachments. they only accept what they want to accept, they only want to hear what they want to hear, it doesn't matter if that is anger or sorrow, what ever it is for them but that is the only emotion they want to deal with, the addictions and attachment. I could have seen myself there if I just determined myself, that would be the only place I could dwell. at that time I was seeing a healer in San Francisco. he pulled me back to this plane from there. ( thank you so much, Jim ) what I realized after I came back from there was there was not much difference between here and there. maybe only light and temperature. many people were in their own worlds, trapped into emotional dramas, and much of feelings and thoughts were dismissed. being closed oneself in the depth from anyone, maybe even from oneself, and only the surface they looked like alive. but those people were subconsciously asleep ... not knowing why they do the way they do and passing on fears and greed. they just want to deal with what they can accept, in order to maintain the chemicals within the body. ... we throw ourselves into the additives of extra, or smoke or drugs, or even frustration, anger, stress, etc, in order to maintain the chemicals within the body, to numb ourselves ... we do not take care of ourselves but the chemicals within the body.

I had to go back to the reality when I was discharged from the residential program. the money was running out. I had to find a job and a place. not enough time or money for the new life ... I could not have become selective. anything available I would take it. my friend introduced me a waitress position at a restaurant. I had liked working as a waitress. it really had soothed my whole body, the body, mind, and spirit. it requires quite physical, intellectual, mental and spiritual exercises working in a restaurant. working as a good meditation. I took the spot.

I knew it would not be easy at all, but no choice, ... actually, I should be grateful that I had the choice. I was still having the roller coaster of mental and emotional ups and downs. but I could not show that to anyone. the attack was hitting me anytime so that I had to go out of the restaurant when it hit at work and cried outside and went back inside the restaurant as if nothing happened, and came back to customers and coworkers with smile. no one knew what I was going through. a couple of months passed and I was in the quite exhaustion, I was hardly working and standing up. it was like my battery was running out. the energy field around my body was totally damaged that couldn't hold my energy. ... I was torn, my depression drained me so badly that I had to stay positive in order to overpower the depression but doing so consumed and wasted so much energy that weakened me due to the damages of my energy field. but if I just surrendered then the depression pulled me down deep and deeper. I was foreseeing that either way to lose my energy or to be caught by depression I would die. it was the first time I ever asked God for help. I was not even polite, " please, save me or kill me NOW ! " ... in the after noon I went to work, and there showed up a man with his friend at my table. I felt like I was a puppy who just found her long lost owner. my energy was being charged when I was around him. I directly and rather shamelessly asked him, " why do I feel so perky being around you ? " ... he answered, " maybe because I was your teacher in our past life. " ... I was correcting him as soon as I heard it, I did not know where it came from but I said, " No, you were my father. " ... it was Tony one of my oldest friends through many many life times. who had a psychic ability to see past lives and heard my call. since that day, my energy was being charged and I was able to deal with my life even though my journey was still a long way to go.

since when I was a little, I wanted to be truly happy, of course like anyone else on Earth. however, somehow I was never reaching happiness. but now I realized this that I have been subconsciously choosing the struggles and pains in order to understand my soul purpose as well as others, in order to be happy altogether with all of us, ... how rough it can be to survive in this world, how tough it can be to be a human, how painful it can be to be the sensual embodied being. we are very sensitive and sensual. but most of us have learned to turn off the sensations and passion in order to survive in this society. we have become so numb, blind and deaf, so that we can protect ourselves from the harshness of our society. yet we want to please the empty feelings so we want the extra of salt & sugar, or drugs, alcohol, etc, to fill in the lack, so that we can at least feel like feeling and living. we need brighter colors, the extra, so that we can see it, we need lauder music and noise, the extra, so that we can hear it. we physically awake yet our senses are asleep. and we do not eat nutrition but chemicals. we do not seek passion but chemistry. we do not pass on knowledge to be wisdom but just to be convenience. we do not nurture love but insecurity. we do not practice kindness but ... avoidance and manipulation. our intelligence and sensuality have been misused. we only accept what soothe the chemicals in the body.

humans have become something else.

" there are the people whom I can help and save,
but there are also the people whom I must not lend my hand to. "

Life is a Journey

a human is like water.
a birth within a spring well
and which is led to a stream.

through the stream of water
we learn to follow the way it flows
with other water gather from many other places.

a life gets sometimes rough,
sometimes very calm,
some other times so serene
or even very murky.

through the path from a stream to a river
the water learn how to get along well
with its own life,
creating harmony,
music and art with others and nature ...

and eventually reach the big society
and diversity in the ocean

where the water no longer just water
but becomes the sea water
of the womb of creations and nurturing.

but now,
the society is polluted.

Happy Earth Day

since today is the Earth Day, I wish to share my story a little bit for my love for our Earth, ... that every time I throw something, I send the garbage & waste with my gratitude, believing the garbage & waste will hold my gratitude & take my gratitude back to Earth. everything comes from Earth. and everything is vibration/frequency after all, so the garbage & waste must be able to hold the frequency of my gratitude. and which I wish to spread. there is no technique or tool or money to do that, only a heart required.

let our garbage & waste return to our planet with love & gratitude ... and see how our gratitude effect on us & our precious planet, Earth ...

everything we see is from our planet Earth.
... just take a look at a moment,
... what varieties we see & feel ...
all are indeed from this planet we dwell in

but we just dig, dig, dig, ...

& after all, we dump what ever we don't want,
to where ever for our convenience ...
what kind of teachings
have we ever been passing onto our children ...

it might be just a matter of respect & gratitude
that we sincerely need to learn.

every March 3rd in Japan is a special day called Hina Marsuri : Girls' Day or Doll Festival ... or many also call Momo no Sekku : Festival of Peach Flower.

it is a day for girls. if you have a girl/s in your family, it is the day to celebrate them for being a girl/s & wishing for their health & happiness. in our tradition, we decorate special dolls before the day, that is why it is also called Doll Festival. but if you do not put those dolls away before midnight then the girl/s would coursed that she wouldn't find her husband " in time " ... I am not sure what that means now a day since we girls ( yes, please include me :))) do not care much those things any more ... but it is a beautiful custom, hope we keep it.

it is a special day but not holiday. we have a day for Boys, too ... which is simply called for Children's day although it is particularly for boys, and which is a holiday. and we put up carps on a pole in the sky and decorate Japanese armer that day.

Love is Intelligence : Spiritual Eco Ego

we say the opposite of Love is hatred, however, I must say that is not so. the opposite of love is ignorant ( and ignoring ). in fact, anger and hatred would motivate us some actions but ignorant keep us lazy and careless. anger and hatred which come from our feelings of care but ignorant, on the other hand, is not to care, or simply ... not to know ... or even ignore ... negligence.

in English, there are the words, Smart, Wise, and Intelligent, which are about being smart. smart means simply smart who knows so much. wise means being smart yet also the knowledge is experienced. and intelligence is smart yet the knowledge still learns and develops. if we are smart but the knowledge is not being used then that is the same as a library where so many books and which bunch of papers stored.

opposite of ignoring is attention. the fact that there are so many crimes in our societies is due to the lack of attention to children. love is not, of course, about giving materials, but no matter how busy parents are, we can give attention to children. a long time ago, children grew up in bigger families, in villages and tribes where children had received attention from. but now the environment, circumstances and families for our children are becoming smaller where the attention seem not much available to children. when attention is present, we think and grow, to give and to be given attention both grow. ( you know or hear that a flower that grows better if given attention. )

intelligence, itself, learns and grows, and develops.

all the living beings on this planet are to develop,
and that is intelligence ... and that is God.

in our history, God has been understood as if a being who exists as a person in a different place. and many religions have been teaching the god they teach & worship is the God. and through the teaching of their gods, the true power within us as if do not exist. gods first we later, and sacrifice and wars.

and medicines, manufactured medicines, we throw into our system when we get sick. so many vaccines since we were born as babies. we have been parted further and further from our true intelligence within a body since we were born. first I would like to say we to stop taking and relying on manufactured medicines. there has been so so so many animals sacrifice their lives ! and then we intake the products into our body mechanism, and our bodies learn to balance the body mechanism through the demand of the foreign objects. as we repeat, our true vital become weakened, the body can not maintain the health on its own, ... so that we take more medicines and which more animals have to be sacrificed. ... vitality ( ki, qi, chi, prana ... ) is the antenna to God. it is natural, the nature, that we get sick when the vitality lose the ability to connect to the source. when we are sick and that benefit and profit the pharmaceutical manufacturers, however, where their profits benefit ? ... the medicine that we intake that comes out as urine, and that we throw away as expired, go into and comes back as water that is not only polluting us humans but all the living beings on this planet. ... you might wish to say " but there are the children who are saved by the vaccines " which might be true. but the fact is not the medicines that they need, what they and we all truly need is nutrition. and our modern society there are many many children who become autism due to the vaccine, the suppression of the true intelligence, disconnection from the source.

intelligence is love, intelligence is God,
God is love,
love is God,
and love is unconditional

unconditional love, and that is universal love

love is not blind but awareness. awareness that gives the attention. so the fact that we observe, and that is where worry and anger also emerge. that is why it sometimes is so hard to live in this world. so do not (self) criticize negative emotions, but recognize that there is love hidden within the negative emotions.

by The Law of Attraction we hear, we wonder if those children who are abused and in hunger are the consequence of their own negative behavior or karma. however, we exist within the soul we choose and the soul is not what we truly are. the soul has its own purpose. the soul exist in this Free-Will dimension. free-will won't be achieved without ego. even monks live with their own ego to be monks. so nurture our ego within love instead of condemning or trying to get rid of. through the eye of the universe, there is no good or bad, no judgment. everything is good ( and within chaos and order ), that is why The Law of Attraction brings more happiness to happiness, and unhappiness to more unhappiness. because, within the unconditional love, the universe says YES to everything.

everything, however, has Yin Yang within, that our lives can easily be shifted by what angle we observe from. and as we are not souls, what we truly are is the spirit, the light, or ki / qi or consciousness that who does not have a physical body, so that sorrow and joy are both wonderful experience. if we are up there, we are in love all the time, wouldn't you wonder how it could be like to feel pain if you were in joy all the time ? especially, scientists say the universe is made of laughing gas :))) ... so embrace the pain & sorrow, that is treasure ! and appreciate it ! ... appreciation I hear is the same vibration as love, therefore, you will get out of the pain after all :) and do not be afraid of emotions. we are the beings who love to develop so no matter how happy we can get, we always hit the wall because it is our nature to want more, to be more & greater, and that is what we simply are, the intelligence ! and that is contributing the expansion of the universe ! ... however, if we do not wish to accept the world with the children in pain and hunger, then we just must focus ... be giving our attention to how we like our world to be and what we can do for that, instead of just condemning. ... the Law of Attraction is actually attention rather then attraction, as the unconditional love simply gives attention ( yes ) to what we give attention to.

we the light become " I , me " by the soul we choose in this world and that we are also here to heal the soul and that we enjoy as the spiritual journey in this physical world. and through this physical body that we manifested, we enjoy this beautiful sensuality called five senses. of course, existing in this three dimensional world with a body is not so simple sometimes :) however, five senses might sound limiting but it is a very enriching experience, indeed.

we exist within

experiencing the intelligence = God

God = the intelligence
is expressing ITS ART through & with us

Eho-maki

Eho-maki [ e ho ma kee ]

in Japan, February 3rd is a day called Setsubun ( 節分：節 - section, 分：divide ) for beginning of Spring. our custom is to throw soybeans inside a house calling " fortune/happiness in " and outside a house " demon/evil out " ... in a way to purify or cleanse the energy of the house. ( find more on the link )

besides, throwing soybeans, another custom is to eat the rolled sushi called Eho-maki, which you might known as Futo-maki @ a Japanese restaurant ... but I believe Eho-maki is bigger and inside the Eho-maki has to be something to represent the Seven Lucky Gods ... somehow using, cooked squash ( kan pyo ) cucumber, omelet, BBQ eel, pink fish floss, cooked shiitake mushroom, ... those are the traditional ingredients inside the Eho-maki, but not sure the 7th one, some use salmon, or tuna, shrimp ... must be different in regions ...

and Eho ( 恵方）is a auspicious direction which differs each year ... this year seems to be east-north-east, and you would have to eat the Eho-maki facing east-north-east, without a rest or a word, you do not cut or slice the Eho-maki because which indicate you cut the luck ... and closing your eyes and wishing & envisioning your happiness & prosperity or whatever you wish to happen in the year.

the Japanese guy says " in japan everybody do " ... in the middle of a city ??? nooooo ! I don't think so :) I don't think I can make Eho-maki here where I live so I am going to breath in Shasta air ... not futo-maki (fat-roll) or Eho maki (lucky direction roll) but maybe vortex :) to make my wishes for this year ...

Abandoned Dragon Falling Children

the story of a boy & a girl who incarnated into
a dragon & a mermaid and to save our planet Earth

this story I share on this page is rather personal.

the story Abandoned Dragon Falling Children slowly began to come to me when I met this person whose music was so stunning and beautiful. I was just so attracted to his music and as I began to spend sometimes with this musician, this untold-story-by-anyone began to unfold within me. there was one of my dear friends, Tony, who is ... in the general term ... a psychic to see past lives and more, and who had encouraged me to go within.

I wondered why I was attracted to this person so strongly, like magnet. ... don't get me wrong. I did not chase him :) in fact, he made the initiation first. the first time when I met this musician, I actually saw the vision or image-like right in front of me unfolding something like two dots where we stood in the distance in the room which the dots as me and him coming to each other to draw and become a line then the line started spinning as if to create a vortex and disappeared. I immediately began wanting to know more about us and what it, the fact that we encountered each other, really meant.

the story began to unfold within me by bit pieces here and there, and the more pieces I received the clearer the story and the message had become and made sense. I am sure there are more pieces I should pursue but I kind of stopped searching the further story or in more details as I see the message within the story clear enough. and with my present partner's encouragement, I decided to put the story into visual to share with others.

I wish to be more creative on presenting this story but I have not practiced on creating films or even PhotoShop, in fact, which I wish if I could do and am interested in very much. I created the slide show by the help and support of my partner, Duane. he had let me use the pieces of his art for me to manipulate with PhotoShop.

as I finished creating the slide show, I began to wish more ... the story to become a movie, the story to reach a greater scale. I wished blindly just "someone" to be interested in making the movie with my story, I did not care much but "up to Universe". but I was still bothered by something within me that I should be certain for my wishes, and this story is very important for the whole life on Earth. so I began to look into bit deeper when ever I watched movies.

there are a few film directors I really like and one of them is Tim Burton, I always enjoy his films. since the Edward Scissorhands, since the Pee Wee's Big Adventure, since the Corpes Bride, since the Big Fish . . . everytime I watch his film, I become a fan of his work. I don't mean that I ever stop being a fan of his film after while, though :) ... oh, I just remembered as I recalling my memories, the musician who I was talking about above, actually, looks much alike Tim Burton . . . hmm, that is interesting.

I, however, just thought his world might be a bit quirky so that I left my wish of making a film with Tim Burton behind for a while. ... however, the thought continued to bother me as if "whispering really loud" into my ear or mind "Tim Burton, Tim Burton" . and since my son was still 6 ( and now 7 in 2008 ) I had not watched Sleepy Hollow and Sweeney Todd, but decided to watch them, and I also began to paparazzo :) chasing after Tim Burton on YouTube to get to know about him better :) the more I saw him and his films, the greater I was convinced that he is the one for my story. yes, his films seem to present more the dark side yet now I can see that he is much less judgmental about life. he accepts the world of the dark side of human behaviors and emotions, and sees the humor... the joy and laughters ... within the dark side, and presents our human world as a whole ... yes, this is the world we live in, within the free will zone ! ... so the life itself is joy no matter what.

I always enjoy watching movies. but there was the period of time that I felt a bit critical about the movie business, especially the Hollywood business. " if there are such money to damp into in order to create a film and succeed the business, how much of the money could be taking care of the issues on this planet ??? " ... as an artist and still to-be, I enjoy watching special features very much. many of them really inspire me to be creative and to go deep and deeper. they focus on their visions for their manifestations with their total concentration & devotion. their energy are focused on and poured into their art and creativity. I had begun to realize, ... " it is not about criticizing what and how much those film makers spend their money on. it is simply about the manifestation of our conceptions, the creativity. which is what we all must be here for. being playful and having fun with our own creative minds. life is not about focusing on saving others. it must be about encouraging to create the environment to inspire and support our creativity and the potential ! " ... yes, movies can easily mislead us, especially children. but the fact is not the movies to blame for all. if we provide and create the environment that children learn the differences between real and fantasy, the moral, movies could never mislead the younger generations but simply inspire and evoke innocent creativity within the power of their potential, instead. and watching movies can provide us the emotional experience as the emotional exercise, in where we might never experience in reality. experiencing emotions is a treasure for a life/soul.

I am laying this personal wish here as if to share in public in order for my wish to reach Tim Burton whom I respect not only as a great visionary artist but also the quality of his sincere frank personality who can simply show his respect and gratitude to others' creativity and talents, and who is also a great observer of the wholeness of human dramas where the humor dwells ... and who can just remain and accept to be a vulnerable human being. his humor not as to make fun of but to embrace as joy and laughters which is enlightening after all. whether he is conscious or not, or even if he ever cares, that he is such a teacher of this spiritual world on Earth ! I can trust that his physical eyes and visionary eyes within will take my story into the real creation that holds the message to all. especially, since I am hoping this story to be spectacular using in animation and real people both yet to represent as an art. as the same virgo-sun as his ... my birthday, by the way, is one day before his but in different years, ... I love the crispiness within his works.

my story " Abandoned Dragon Falling Children " is on YouTube and which also will have the further story. the dragon will have to become a human in order to heal his own soul, others, and the planet, he will become a musician in order to communicate with majority ... more story ? please, looking forward to it, I wish to unfold the story with Tim Burton :) the title Abandoned Dragon Falling Children is come from a Japanese word for seahorses, 龍のおとし子 ( ta tzu no o to shi go ) which actually nothing to do with sea + horses but children of a dragon and which also holds sacredness within children who fall from God's place.

it feels time passes much quicker this year ...

I did not grow up with celebrating Christmas in Japan.
my family was never into birthday or Christmas, either.
but it is still our custom that we give & receive gifts
by finding the occasion/s & excuse/es
to express our humble gratitude
for the connection that called "goen"
which is to encounter each other
by fate but in much auspicious expectation

for younger generations, something like Christmas is fashion,
it seems more younger people give attention even to Halloween
just for finding an excuse to have fun ...
Japanese society still expect people to work hard & harder
so we got to find any outlets to have fun.
we smoke & drink
but still are said to be one of the healthy peoples on Earth.
maybe, food is simply healthier in variety
but also we enjoy the time of eating.
French people also eat so much but not many are over weight.
I hear, just because they enjoy meal.

Christmas time ...
it is the time to enjoy our families, friends, parties, meals & gifts ...
as it is not my custom to celebrate Christmas
but I appreciate this globally known day
for Peace & Joy on Earth.
we hear it is Jesus Christ's birthday
but I don't even know if that is true.

I have deep gratitude & respect to what Jesus Christ had offered
and I am not even a religious person
but I enjoy this time of Christmas
that "push me" to take a moment
to think of friends & families.

everyday through a year,

but rushing & hurrying & catching up with what I feel behind from ...
and then days like holidays
remind me to pause & take deep breath ...
so although I do not have any significant meaning on Christmas,
I enjoy this time of a year

ART heART eARTh is a virtual space to share our creative treasures, and the joy of being creative beings to circulate around the world & our planet.

I have been holding this message "changing the world" for quite a while, and I am just a person ( no, of course, no one should feel that way ) that the message was too overwhelming and at the same time I have been wondering & searching what happiness for all really means ??? ... no matter who you are & how you are, even whether angry, revengeful or depressed ... every single one of us wants to be happy ... just the outcomes are different yet the core is the same !

I tried this & that, reading & watching & attending, protesting & praying for this & that, but non of them really didn't feel right in a greater scale, ... and finally I have come to the conclusion ... it is simply all about Earth & all the beings on this planet. the Earth who provides & offers us generously & unconditionally her great potential, so she needs the artists ! every single living being on this planet is the artist. and creativity is the intelligence, that we get angry, sad, even depressed if our creativity is suppressed. not only the creativity in mind but in a single cell ! we get sick if our cells are misled or suppressed ! ... we will be as healthy as we can be if we nurture our creativity & freedom !

so that I created ( not quite, because I borrow the space ) this virtual community for those who enjoy being creative and who care ! to share our creative treasures, and to advertise our creative works, and to inspire each other, and to evoke each other's creativity deeper & greater. ( in a way, it is "Our Space" instead of My Space" haha )

as we facilitate & circulate the joy of creative beings, that must reach the children & people who are lost and their creativity to be awaken & re-recognized by themselves, and that yang energy will contribute to surround & caress our planet with joy ! just we simply nurture our creativity the intelligence and that will be the great contribution to the world :)

OK guys
Here is a little something that will inspire and lift your spirits over the coming season of goodwill. It is a fantastic medicine for just about anything.

For one week grab a moment in your hectic schedule and do the following...

Write down, without stopping the movement or taking your pen off the paper ... I appreciate................................because ..................

Do this for 5 minutes at a time ... do not stop ..... even if you are writing the words .......

"I appreciate myself because I am doing this crazy exercise and am running out of words to write, but I appreciate my hand that is holding this lovely pen ... and ... what beautiful nails I have so dignified and well shaped .... and this paper is so white and friendly,,,,blaa,,, blaaa that having this moment to sit and write freely from my open heart is......" etc for 5 mins.

The basic rules are you can write anything, but it has to be appreciative and uplifting. It does get easier as you do it.

What are the benefits I hear you say? Well thats easy by bathing yourself in the energy of appreciation every day for one week, you will feel your energy expand. You will gradually not see or use the negatives that most commonly haunt us. Amazingly you will find aches and pains begin to diminish and even more amazingly - as you carry this exercise into the day and to those around you - others will begin to appreciate you. Even people you do not know will smile and say appreciative things.

So do the exercise and then carry it out into the world by appreciating yourself, others, situations and the world around. Just the fact that you can choose to appreciate or not, is a choice that is worthy of appreciation.

today,
I just would like to share my joy
to congratulate America with you.

as I am a foreigner from Japan
who have lived in this country for 17 years,
today is the most wonderful news
I ever heard being in the U.S..

as I came to this country
where admired by many foreign countries
as a land of Freedom & Opportunity,
it was so exciting to me in the beginning
as I entered this country a long ago,
as who especially grew up in a country
where has been much more likely restrictions & repressions,
however, the longer I stayed in this country
the more I began to see the truth,
or I should say this country has become something else.
and have come to the realization
that this country is operated by fear
and the government & the media here
encourage the fear so so much,
therefore, the people seek security,
and therefore, America can make money
to destroy & kill innocents ( humans, animals & nature )
through wars & pharmaceutic practice.

I was not following any of speech or debate regard this election.
however,
I was simply wishing America
to shift to the right direction.
I do not mean to sound like I am a supreme being
who knows the right path for everyone.
but in many people's eyes,
this country had become a bully
who was pretending/a wanna-be of the super hero.
and I am also one of those
who hold great expectations in this country !
not in an American president
but the people in the united states of America.
so that I am very excited to see that
the American citizens are regaining
their true power & wisdom ( common sense )
by electing Mr. Barack Obama
as the 44th president of the united states of America !
( 44, interesting number, isn't it )
I do not mean I was on this party or that
but just simply was holding the hope
for the America to be beneficial to the world.
and yes,
I do now see the great potential in Mr. John McCain
who seems also to seek the truth & fairness,
and has the wonderful heart !
and he would do much greater job
than the current . . . ,
but ... I am just overwhelmed by the joy
to witness the "GREATER" hope
by electing Mr. Barack Obama has been brought
not only to the majority of the American citizens
but also to the world.
a whole world was watching this election,
not to support either side
but for the simple hope for America
and which affect the world,
a whole world was watching not which to win
but the decision & intention of American citizens !
yes, it seems it is one of the worst times in the history
not only in the U.S. but as a world,
yet in such a time,
America made the wonderful choice for change !
and not only to unite America but as a world,
and not only to bless America but Bless ALL !

this is the America that is called
as the land of the freedom & opportunity,
and one of the richest countries in the world
and where many of the most intelligent people
in diversity on Earth reside.
America has much to offer & share
and which will benefit the whole world
& this entire planet greatly.
